I think this whole project started off on the wrong foot to
be honest, people started arguing about the idea that me and Scarlett came up
with and there were major disagreements about people not working on anything. After
a little while we all started to agree which sorted things out and we got back
on task pretty quick, whilst at first it seemed like we wouldn't be able to get
it finished on time to present, we ended up being one of the finalists at our
school. Even though we didn't win, it was just fun to be able to go to London
and meet the executives and other finalists.

E4 Estings animation idea
Setting:
Boxing match
Two boxers
are in the middle of a match when the bell goes to symbolise that the round is
over. They sit in their individual corners and have a few seconds rest, they
get back up and the bell goes to start the round, the guy on the right throws a
punch which misses and the guy on the let swings and lands a knockout. Instead
of stars or birds flying around his head which Looney Toons seem to be so fond
of doing, I was planning on there being small E4 logos floating round his head.
Long story short he falls to the floor and gets squashed by a giant E4 logo
which then proceeds to light up.
This was a
small representation of what it would look like:
Apart from
the fact that it wouldn’t be some Hench gypsy knocking out an Irish Brad Pitt
it’s pretty spot on, oh and also it would be animated…
